What is the main difference between the Ultra Strong and the Anti-Shock poles?

They are both sturdy but the main difference is the Anti-Shock poles have a spring below the handle preventing any vibrations.

Can I use them for walking on icy surfaces?

Yes! When walking on an icy surface, you can remove the rubber feet and use the carbide tips to maintain traction.

Montem Trekking Poles are not intended or developed to help individuals with back problems. Depending on the issue, they may help in that they provide support while walking. Aside from that, we can't say they're helpful for back problems.

Are these hiking poles waterproof?

Yes, water won't impact the poles' ability to perform.

Is there a rubber tip for walking on wet or slippery surfaces?

Why are my poles rattling?

Our Montem Trekking Poles should not rattle. We suggest you make sure the poles aren't over-extended. Also, make sure they're tightened!. If the problem persists, please email us at [email protected]. One of our agents will gladly assist you.

Can I use these on a gym floor?

With the rubber tips on, yes, you absolutely can! But, we wouldn't suggest using Montem Trekking Poles on a gym floor with just the carbide tips because those would damage the floor.

Do some poles come with a mount screw?

Unfortunately we don't have screw mounts for cameras anywhere on our trekking poles, yet.

What is the diameter of the threads that the feet go on?

Our thread diameter is 7/16.

Are these suitable for children below 14?

Yes, your children will be able to use these trekking poles. Simply adjust the poles accordingly.
